U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy
Standard Return Policy
You may return new, unopened beauty products or devices within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be in original condition and packaging, with all included components (e.g., accessories, manuals).
Returns must be authorized in advance. Please email cs@besselco.com with your order number to request a return authorization. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Items Ineligible for Return:

Opened or used products (unless defective)

Sale items and promotional sets (final sale)

Gift cards or promotional credits
Note: Opened or used items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
How to Return an Item
Mail Your Product to Us
Once your return is authorized, we will provide detailed instructions and a return address. You are responsible for:

Packaging your return securely

Covering the cost of return shipping

Using a trackable shipping method
BDIS is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment and include the product amount only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you purchased a bundle and only return part of it, partial refunds will be issued based on the retail value of the returned item(s).
Exchanges
BDIS does not currently offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Gift Returns
To return a gifted item, please contact cs@bdidist.com with the order number or product details. Eligible gift returns will be refunded in the form of store credit issued to the recipient.
